KRIS BAHA b2b BERLIN BUNNY

Kristian Bahoudian, known professionally as Kris Baha, is a Queer Australian/Italian-Armenian artist who transitioned from the vibrant, sun-drenched landscapes of Australia to the stark, industrial ambiance of Berlin eight years ago. In Berlin, Baha has firmly established himself in the local art scene, recognized for his distinctive “mutant” production style, characterized by its fusion of sun-soaked, hallucinatory elements with the raw, clandestine energy of a concrete jungle, reflecting the brutalist architecture and post-communist aesthetic of his new home.

If not in studio he is playing at notable parties/venues across the city like Cocktail D’Amore, Tresor, Berghain, RSO and Urban Spree where he dives deep into the void, to deliver extended sets of otherworldly machine music as-well as running his own live and DJ focused party night, Wired.

Recently he has announced his new release via his label Power Station – a dance floor summer ready EP “Breathe”. Check it out here

Her style has a strong punk, industrial, alternative music background, where her danceable and eclectic mixes contain a combination of modern electronic techno sounds and retro electro/synth wave vibes strongly inspired by Berlin‘s underground scene. Her music is going over the boundaries touching such genres like new wave, EBM, new beat, post punk and some old school and trashy sounds from the 90’s or 80’s.

KOREAN ARTIST AND PART OF THE SEOUL’S CREATIVE SCENE

Short Finger

As a graphic designer, he felt a deep authenticity towards techno, prompting him to travel to Berlin. During his first visit to Tresor, he experienced something indescribable while listening to Regis’ music. The intricate movements of Regis’ hands became visible through the sound system, and he felt the delicate mixing resonate with him, sending chills down his spine. Entranced by the mystical atmosphere, he gazed at the DJ booth where Regis, shrouded in thick fog, seemed to send him a silent message that he could faintly understand despite its wordless nature. That’s how Short Finger’s journey begins into the world of techno.

Subsequently, he immersed himself in the electronic music scene in Seoul, working as a DJ, producer, and party organizer at various venues. He delved into the depth of electronic music and its societal impact, experiencing numerous coincidences that couldn’t be explained by science, leading him to embrace techno with a near-religious fervor.

His believes that the system is rooted in understanding the principles of a world that fluctuates like a sound wave, with notions of karma and balance, culminating in the conviction that music and art are movements resisting the power structures and oppression of freedom created by human greed. Therefore, regardless of the size of the party, once he steps onto the stage with the belief that his music can protect humanity from war and competition, fostering a euphoric society.

Performing regularly at the pinnacle of Berlin’s venues, RSO, Renate, Urban Spree, OXI, and Sameheads, among others, solo and as one half of DJ duo Wisdom Tits, her project with Caillou.

Her sets evoke an old-school nostalgia of the ’80s, moving from EBM and Industrial to Synthpunk, Wave and Belgian New Beat. Definitively characterised by vicious kick and snare, thick and angular basslines, space synths and arcane vocals. No matter the BPM, Paty Vapor delivers an unpredictable performance.

Raphael Jacques is Alma Negrot, a multimedia artist based in São Paulo.

Alma Negrot

Alma Negrot’s artistic universe is surrounded by the poetics of existence, where the artist
explores the infinite possibilities of the body and its powers – carrying symbols that have new
meanings most of the time and doing that with intricate handmade works. To do this, she uses
different elements ranging from cosmetics to discarded items and high fashion designer pieces.
Everything can be a starting point for her deep and continuous creative process.

As a DJ, Alma Negrot rescues original branches of house music, such as acid, garage, groove,
boogie, funk and disco – with special attention to songs from the 1970s to the 1990s – seeking
harmonic and experimental results through vocals, instruments and technological resources.
Her sets are pretty popular on dance floors of parties and nightclubs such as Dando, Club
Jerome, Kevin and Zig Studio.

NIGHT ART & FASHION MARKET

 Keyi x Else
From 10 pm the main outdoor floor under the huge transparent roof will change into art & fashion exhibition where you can purchase samples from preselected pieces by the independent Berlin based and International designers & artists.

Berlin-based designer Elisa Martignoni has been immersed in the world of textiles for half of her life.

Elisa comes from a classical handcraft background: pattern design, crochet, knitting and weaving, but in the last year she has begun to explore technological advances in relation to human behaviour and the boundaries between real and virtual reality. These new interests have led to a change in her media: for her latest projects she has created jacquard woven tapestries (made in Italy) and virtual reality spaces to be experienced with VR headsets.
Past and future, touchable and untouchable, but also gender and antrophology are subjects often explored in her work. She recently completed her Masters degree in Textile and Material Design at the Weißensee Kunsthochschule Berlin.

Else x Keyi x TrashyXTreasure

TrashyXTreasure

Driven by their quest for a distinctive approach to fashion, TrashyXTreasure blends art with recycling, provocative narratives, and historical anecdotes. Their passion especially ignites when they delve into the realm of 70s to 90s cinema, embracing the allure of tacky, vibrant fashion. However, the primary wellspring of inspiration stems from found materials, each possessing its own unique story. There’s a thrill in haphazardly scattering these materials on the floor, letting serendipity guide our creative process.
