Here comes JIN09: a four track solo EP from Seoul’s Cosmo.
We’re excited to premiere Cosmo’s track “Her” from the new JIN09 EP on Taipei based JIN Records. This four-track solo release from Seoul’s Cosmo blends ethereal, cosmic vibes with house and Balearic influences, featuring lush, dreamy rhythms on the A-side and techier, grittier sounds on the B-side, highlighting this rising star’s impressive range.

JIN Records is excited to present their first solo EP from such a talented producer, and can’t wait to see what will come next from one of the region’s rising stars.
cosmo began her DJ career in 2017 and has since become one of the most active and consistent artists in the local club scene. Her sets create a dreamy and cosmic atmosphere, blending house, balearic, and percussive gems, and sometimes venturing into techier sounds, all fueled by her deep love for electronic music.
In 2021, Cosmo started her residency at one of Seoul’s best house and techno clubs, BBCB: Beton Brut+Concrete Bar. She is now expanding her reach throughout Asia and making her first appearance in Europe with a debut set at Portugal’s secretive festival, Waking Life.
While working as an A&R in South Korea’s major music industry during the daytime, she gradually became interested in creating music and began developing her career in production. Her music aims to deliver sounds she’d like to hear in clubs—not only for dancefloors, but also to evoke emotion and imagination, just like her DJ sets.
In Chinese, it refers to tabooed matters or people who engage in illicit behavior. In English, it refers to a liquid that intoxicates users if consumed too much. It is also a record label, hailing from Taipei, Taiwan.
The label aims to not only introduce Taipei’s local talents but also connect with the secret gems in Asia’s fast-rising production field while providing an injection of colorful international producer juice that can morph the various local elements into an unpredictable futuristic 4/4 sound, in a way foreshadowing what Asia is moving towards.
