Following its successful debut at Paris Fashion Week in September, Crocs unveils its first collaboration with visionary designer Dingyun Zhang.
Dingyun Zhang and Crocs collaborate to introduce a revolutionary silhouette that combines sleek streetwear style with streamlined comfort. The new Crocs diffuser combines the iconic Crocs DNA with futuristic elegance by Dingyun Zhang, inspired by the aerodynamic designs of Bugatti sports cars.
For the collaboration, Dingyun Zhang, a renowned fashion designer known for his innovative approach, took inspiration from the iconic Crocs model, the Swiftwater Sandal, and reimagined it with his unique artistic vision. He infused the design with a sculptural silhouette and incorporated organic wave shapes, resulting in a truly modern and avant-garde creation.
This reinterpretation perfectly captures the essence of speed, movement, and energy, making it a bold statement in the world of fashion. Dingyun Zhang’s vision of using Crocs as a vehicle for progress and pushing boundaries is a recurring theme throughout the campaign concept.
To bring this vision to life, the campaign was expertly executed by Sucuk and Bratwurst, a popular Berlin-based creative collective known for their innovative and immersive installations. With their remarkable staging and attention to detail, Sucuk and Bratwurst successfully conveyed the message of Dingyun Zhang’s collaboration, creating an unforgettable experience for fashion enthusiasts.
