BALLETSHOFER to Debut Upcoming 006 Collection at Berlin Fashion Week

BALLETSHOFER, German-based streetwear brand, will be presenting its much anticipated 006 collection at Berlin Fashion Week this January. The brand has made a name for itself by finding and filling an undeniable niche in the market- introducing modern streetwear elements to the traditional art of tailoring.
By modernizing traditional mens prêt-à-porter without compromising on traditional craftsmanship, the brand seeks to bring back appreciation and demand for timeless fashion. In an era of micro-trends and single-wear outfits, BALLETSHOFER makes garments meant for more than a feature in a sleek Instagram selfie. Buying from the brand is an investment, something that this era marked by impermanence, blatant over-consumption, and sponsored posts doesn’t always agree with. Alan Balletshofer prioritizes working with experienced craftspeople and artisans to set the standard of each piece, consequently increasing consumer trust in the quality of his label.

“I started my brand to create fashion that goes beyond trends and fleeting moments. I wanted to focus on crafting clothing that’s more than just visual content – it’s an investment in quality and in how we engage with the world around us.”

-Alan Balletshofer
Last season, models lunged down the runway in perfectly tailored tweed, leather, and wool trousers. If swapped for denim, they might be favorites at the skatepark. Skater-influenced luxury designs are not new, but BALLETSHOFER does them particularly well.
The brand also collaborated with Timbaland to design footwear for the collection. Results included contemporary Oxfords and boat shoes with leather toe boxes, merged with signature Timbaland elements. Additionally, the brands created a 3D-printed interchangeable toe box, enabling color variations and leather protection. Elements like this demonstrate the brand’s commitment to craftsmanship and innovative approaches to sustainability.

Ultimately, BALLETSHOFER is quality crafted fashion made for and by a younger generation. The brand blends the cool of youth with the calibre of traditional tailoring. Fans of the brand will expect no less at the upcoming show on January 31st at Fashion Week.
