Maximilian Gedra redefined corporate power dressing with his Fall/Winter 2025/26 haute couture collection, “THE OFFICE”.

This collection transforms traditional office wear into something bold, rebellious, and avant-garde. It explores leadership, authority, and gender dynamics in the workplace.
Power, Precision, and Protest
At its core, “THE OFFICE” celebrates strength and individuality. It confronts the inequalities still present in corporate culture.

Gedra fuses sharp tailoring with experimental craftsmanship. The silhouettes embody both structure and disruption. This tension between order and chaos reflects the bold shapes, exaggerated proportions, and unconventional materials.
Gedra presents Fashion as a Social Commentary
One of the collection’s highlights feature exaggerated shoulders and hips. Oversized shoulder pads extend above the head, symbolizing the immense pressure of corporate spaces.

Gedra challenges outdated gender norms while offering a vision of a future where power dressing includes everyone.
Sustainability remains at the heart of Gedra’s vision. He carefully selects upcycled materials, and second-hand fabrics, while making use of innovative repurposing techniques.
Two standout pieces highlight this approach. One gown showcases over 10,000 hand-sewn upcycled buttons, while another piece integrates thousands of safety pins.

Additionally, the use of wool, cotton, leather, faux fur, and experimental embroidery further reinforces Gedra’s commitment to craftsmanship and conscious design.

In true Berlin fashion, Gedra blends modernity with raw edginess. The city’s fashion scene has long been a breeding ground for reinvention, and the collection fits perfectly into that narrative.

Each piece embodies Berlin’s fearless energy, creating an avant-garde take on power dressing that challenges norms and redefines elegance.

The Future of Power Dressing
Maximilian Gedra didn’t just design clothes—he created a movement. “THE OFFICE” pays tribute to individuality, gender inclusivity, and the evolving landscape of workwear.
By bridging the past, present, and future, Gedra sets his place as one of the most thought-provoking voices in contemporary fashion.
