BPitch presents the next iteration of their WE ARE NOT ALONE compilation

Touching on a wide range of genres while never losing sight of the dancefloor, BPitch – WE ARE NOT ALONE pt.8 delivers twelve essential cuts for DJs, ravers, and music enthusiasts alike. Seamlessly tying genres together, and marked by the quality expected from the Berlin label, this new compilation documents the next chapter in BPitch’s ever-growing contribution to the culture.

Returning to the label with previous appearances on both BPitch and its sister label UFO Inc., Turin-based duo Boston 168 opens the club doors with a masterful fusion of trance build-ups and stripped-back pointillism on Feeling You. Another BPitch roster member, Tigerhead, who recently released an EP on the label, steps up with heavy kick drums and eerie pads on the aptly titled Alice Through The Looking Glass. Venturing into more minimal territory, Sina XX, founding member of the Paris rave collective Subtyl, offers a warm, bouncing track that balances darkness and euphoria with precision. Taking a sharp turn into the depths of industrial techno, Endlec delivers a gritty, percussive workout on the formidable Panther.

VUUDUU is one of the most prominent and renowned figures in the promising local electronic music scene of the northern German city of Hamburg. Her residency at PAL Hamburg, along with her mixes and original productions, has made her popular across the underground techno scene. VUUDUU’s music, oscillating between Acid, EBM-Techno, and Trance, excites and delights clubgoers every weekend. She regularly appears at clubs and events such as HÖR Berlin, PAN Klub, Synoid, Uebel & Gefährlich, and more.

South London-based purveyor of weird, melodramatic techno, Theo Nasa, moves into hazier realms with Sex and Acid Pleasure, an eccentric dose of acid techno for the senses. Shaleen, a resident of the WE ARE NOT ALONE event series, continues to build the atmosphere with a head-spinning mix of analog sounds and modular experimentalism on Vernalagnia. French-Korean producer and label head Öspiel, known for his cinematic style, crafts angular rhythms underpinned by a strong sense of minimalism. Following closely behind, Puglia’s Raho contributes a whirlwind of bouncing kicks and sharp leads.

Diana May, a Berlin staple and KitKat resident, offers a captivating spiral with Just Shut The F** Up*. Plunging into deep industrial caverns, [KRTM] delivers Küss Mich Jetzt, a pounding glitch of hardcore techno made for the biggest speakers. VUUDUU shifts the tempo up a notch with SNAXX, an expansive gothic rave anthem. Closing things out is Madwoman’s Chaos Theory, a sparse yet unrelenting piece of atmospheric techno drawn from the depths of a warehouse rave.

WE ARE NOT ALONE pt.8 proves that the label has no intention of lowering the heat in 2024, delivering another round of pure hedonism for the ages.
