Berlin-based Danish label Sia Arnika is a contradiction. Instead of falling somewhere in between minimalism and maximalism– or forcing itself to choose– the brand achieves both and then some. Clean yet edgy designs in straightforward color-ways make the creativity behind each garment look effortless. The clothes are smart– they know exactly who’s wearing them and how to make you look good. And sometimes they even tell you what the people want… more!
The brand has described its approach to fashion as “experimental normality”. This is evident in its subversive designs and styling, paired with innovative interpretations of classic silhouettes and familiar references. Arnika’s variations of polo shirts from the SS25 collection embody this perspective.
The brand feels authentic to what Berlin fashion really is. It has an edgy yet polished quality that can be difficult to access without physically being in the city.
“The city does a good job of bringing outsiders together to form a community,” Sia says. “I learned through living here and the people in my circle what culture, art, and music mean in Germany and how to look at it critically. There’s a very heavy club scene in Berlin, and somehow these small influences get under your skin.”
Berlin fashion is a delicate mix of the shirt you’ve had forever that fits perfectly + the eye-catching textile you found in the street (it might smell like piss) + the designer piece you couldn’t afford, all styled with perfect cohesion to create a truly one of a kind look. That’s Sia Arnika’s secret as well- cohesion. Every piece fits perfectly within the collection, and can be swapped, layered, and styled in an infinite number of ways.
The brand has been steadily growing since its first collection in 2022. It crept into the zeitgeist via Charli XCX during the height of Brat Summer, FKA Twigs’s Met Gala afterparty look, and the brand’s latest collaboration with Kylie Jenner’s brand Khy.

The designer will debut her newest collection at Berlin Fashion Week on January 31st.
So next time you see Rosalía or Charli or the best dressed person in the club wearing an ultimately cool, unlabeled, chopped-up basic that fits perfectly– it might just be Sia Arnika’s latest collection.
